1. What This Website Is

This is a private reference site. We operate independently and have no ties to any government office. We do not store official criminal records, pull official records, run official background checks, or file court documents for anyone.

What we do is point you toward offices and systems that may hold Columbia County criminal-record information, including the Columbia County Sheriff, the Circuit Clerk, Search ARCourts, Arkansas State Police, ACIC, Arkansas DOC, and the Arkansas Sex Offender Registry, and connect you with third-party tools that may help with research.

2. Rules for Using This Site

You agree that you will not:

• Violate any federal, Arkansas, or local law while using this site
• Use information found here to stalk, threaten, harass, or intimidate anyone
• Base hiring, housing, lending, insurance, or other FCRA-regulated decisions on site content
• Attempt to access systems or data you are not authorized to use
• Run bots, scrapers, or automated tools against our pages
• Interfere with the site or prevent other visitors from using it

3. No Harassment, Stalking, or Discrimination

Using information from this site, or from a tool linked here, to harass, stalk, intimidate, threaten, or discriminate against any person is prohibited and may be a crime. This is especially important for Arkansas Sex Offender Registry information: registry data is published for community notification and public safety, not for unlawful retaliation, vigilantism, intimidation, or harassment.

4. We Are Not a Consumer Reporting Agency

We are not a consumer reporting agency under the FCRA. We do not generate background checks, credit reports, or consumer reports of any kind. Neither we nor our advertising partners provide services built for screening job applicants, reviewing rental applications, calculating insurance rates, or judging creditworthiness. You agree not to use data from this site or any linked tool to:

• Decide whether to hire or fire someone
• Screen potential renters or housing applicants
• Judge creditworthiness or set insurance premiums
• Determine who qualifies for licenses, permits, or government programs
• Do anything else that falls under FCRA rules

If you need a background check for a legally regulated purpose, use an FCRA-compliant screening provider or the official Arkansas State Police / ACIC channel required for that purpose.

5. No Legal Advice

Nothing on this site is legal advice. We explain how criminal records generally work in Columbia County, but we cannot tell you how a charge, conviction, warrant, Arkansas Freedom of Information Act issue, Ark. Code Ann. § 12-12-1009 or § 12-12-1013 issue, or Order to Seal applies to your situation. For that, talk to a licensed Arkansas attorney.

6. No Warranties

Everything on this site is provided "as is." We do not guarantee that:

• The information here is accurate, complete, or current at any given time
• The site will stay up and running without interruptions
• Our pages are free of errors, bugs, or security holes
• Results from our partner search tools will be thorough or accurate

Criminal records change often - charges are filed, amended, dismissed, sealed, or corrected. We try to keep pages useful, but gaps are unavoidable. Nothing on this site should be treated as an official statement from a Columbia County court, the sheriff, ACIC, Arkansas State Police, Arkansas DOC, or any government agency.

You agree to hold us harmless from any claim, legal action, or demand that stems from how you used this site or from breaking these terms. That includes covering our legal fees and related costs.

These terms fall under the laws of the State of Arkansas. Any legal dispute connected to your use of this site must be filed in courts located within Arkansas.

We can limit or block your access to this site at any time, for any reason, with no warning.

14. Severability

If a court rules that any part of these terms is invalid or unenforceable, the rest stand. The problem section gets adjusted only as much as needed to make it work.
